We ship paintings locally as well as internationally and package them in strong postage tubes.
You must make full payment before we package and ship your order, and our prices do not include shipping costs. We calculate these costs by the volumetric weight of the package and charge them at the point of sale.
Shipping charges do not cover import duties or taxes, which customs will charge upon arrival in your country. You are solely responsibility for covering these costs.
In the unlikely event of damage to paintings, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery by the courier. You must provide photographic proof to enable us to file a claim with the couriers. We cannot assist with damages if you do not notify us within 24 hours of receiving the package. You must inspect and open parcels immediately, to enable us to file claims with couriers within 24 hours.
